Creators regularly work with brands, agencies and production companies in Europe. The collaboration may happen online, but the payer often expects a conventional EUR invoice, beneficiary name, IBAN and payment reference.

A wallet address alone may not fit the brand’s vendor-onboarding or accounts-payable process. International transfers to a local bank account can add intermediary fees, delays and an unwanted currency conversion. Asking the client to purchase stablecoins creates additional work and may conflict with its internal controls.

EUR invoices for the brand, USDC or USDT for your wallet

Eligible content creators outside the EU can apply for the appropriate EurusPay account, complete verification and connect a compatible wallet. Once approved, the account displays the European payment details and reference requirements available for eligible transactions.

You issue a genuine EUR invoice to the brand or agency that commissioned the work. The payer sends euros by SEPA from its bank account using the approved beneficiary details. It does not need a crypto wallet, exchange account or stablecoin balance.

After the transfer has been received, matched to the documented collaboration and passed the required checks, EurusPay processes the conversion and sends the resulting USDC or USDT to your approved wallet.

Example: a creator invoices a European brand for a campaign

Illustrative scenario: an eligible video creator outside the EU produces a sponsored campaign for a French consumer brand for an agreed fee of €2,500.

The creator completes verification. The creator provides the requested identity and professional information and connects an approved USDC or USDT wallet.
The collaboration is documented. The parties retain the campaign brief or contract, agreed deliverables, usage rights and payment terms.
The creator issues a EUR invoice. The invoice identifies the brand or contracting agency, describes the campaign and includes the exact beneficiary details and reference shown by EurusPay.
The client pays by SEPA. The brand’s finance team sends €2,500 through its normal European banking process.
The creator receives stablecoins. Following matching, review and conversion, the resulting USDC or USDT is sent to the approved wallet.

The final stablecoin amount depends on the applicable exchange rate and fees. A €2,500 invoice does not necessarily result in exactly 2,500 USDC or USDT.

Choose the correct account type. Use the applicable personal flow when you contract and invoice in your own name. Use a business account when a registered company is the supplier.

Before you start

Contracts, invoices and eligible creator income

EurusPay must be able to identify the payer, recipient and commercial purpose of the transfer. Keep the collaboration clear and documented with the contract or campaign brief, corresponding invoice, agreed deliverables, licensing or usage terms and evidence of the work where relevant.

The verified account holder, invoice issuer and wallet owner should match the approved setup. If an agency pays on behalf of the brand, retain evidence showing how the agency is connected to the collaboration. Review the third-party payment requirements.

Do not assume that automated creator-platform payouts, advertising-network revenue, donations, fan payments, marketplace proceeds, affiliate commissions or unrelated personal transfers are supported. Confirm the exact payment type before sharing the payment details.

Applicants expecting payments from many unrelated senders may need a business account, supporting documents and prior approval. Eligibility depends on the country, activity, customer, expected volume, source of funds and compliance review.

For brand deals, UGC projects, sponsorships, agency-led campaigns, ambassador agreements, and licensing or usage fees, keep documentation identifying the contracting party, deliverables, campaign period, channels, approval terms, usage rights, and agreed fee.
