These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the web application ("Web App") and services offered by basenode.io GmbH ("we," "us," or "our"), including invoicing, accounting, and price information for cryptocurrencies. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Web App or services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Web App or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Web App or services.
2. Subscription and Payment
We offer a monthly subscription for our Web App and services at a cost of 9 EUR including VAT. This subscription can be cancelled at any time. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as detailed on our website. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrencies. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6.
3. Fiat-to-Crypto Feature
Our Web App includes a fiat-to-crypto feature provided by Unblock LT UAB. We do not take responsibility for the services offered by Unblock LT UAB. A fee of 1% of the invoice amount is charged for using this feature.
4. Free Tier
We offer a free tier of our Web App and services with certain limitations. Your use of the free tier is subject to these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.
5. Cryptocurrency Purchases
Our Web App and services include the option to purchase cryptocurrencies through partner widgets. We are not responsible for any services provided by third-party partner widgets. We do not initiate transactions or hold user funds. We do not guarantee or warrant these third-party services and you agree to use them entirely at your own risk.
6. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Web App at app.basenode.io. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
basenode.io GmbH will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Web App or services, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless basenode.io GmbH and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Web App or services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Web App or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Investment Responsibility
basenode.io GmbH does not promote or recommend cryptocurrency purchases. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Any information provided through our Web App or services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested.
12. Service Availability
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of our Web App or any of our services. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Web App or any part thereof at any time without prior notice and without liability.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and basenode.io GmbH with respect to the use of our Web App and services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.© 2026 basenode.io GmbH.
