The challenge

Get access to your payment while the work is still moving

You have delivered the work and your European customer has sent the payment. You want to use those earnings wherever your business takes you. Collecting EUR, moving it to an exchange, converting it and requesting a wallet withdrawal creates extra steps between getting paid and having usable stablecoins.

EurusPay connects your customer's bank transfer with an automatic USDC or USDT payout. Your customer keeps a familiar EUR payment process; you receive the resulting funds in your own compatible wallet.

The EurusPay approach

SEPA Instant to USDC or USDT: what two minutes means

SEPA Instant: about two minutes from sending to wallet arrival. The time covers the customer's instant EUR transfer, receipt at the receiving bank, automatic conversion and delivery of USDC or USDT to your configured wallet.

Standard SEPA: about two minutes after receipt at the receiving bank. The bank transfer takes its normal processing time first. The two-minute processing window starts once the EUR payment arrives, not when your customer presses send.

These are typical processing times for a correctly configured, verified account and a payment that can be processed automatically. Additional payment checks, banking disruptions or network delays can extend the time.

Example

A client in Europe pays. Your wallet receives the funds abroad.

A freelance designer in Colombia invoices a German customer for €1,000 and provides the beneficiary name, IBAN and payment reference shown in EurusPay. The account is verified and the compatible wallet is already configured.

Illustrative SEPA Instant timeline: the customer sends the EUR payment at 10:00. Around 10:02, the resulting USDC or USDT payout reaches the designer's wallet. The designer can access the stablecoins from Colombia without waiting for a separate local bank payout.

If the customer uses standard SEPA instead, the bank's transfer time comes first. Wallet arrival is typically about two minutes after the EUR payment reaches the receiving bank. The token amount depends on conversion and applicable fees; €1,000 does not mean 1,000 USDC or USDT.

Why it helps

Your EUR income, available in your wallet

  • Fast access to income: SEPA Instant can take your customer's payment from their bank to your wallet in about two minutes.
  • A familiar payment for customers: they send EUR using their bank. They do not need crypto or a wallet.
  • Automatic conversion and payout: receive USDC or USDT without a separate exchange deposit and withdrawal workflow.
  • Access wherever you are: once delivered, your stablecoins are accessible through your wallet, including when working abroad or travelling.
  • Ready for your next payment: use a compatible wallet or provider to send stablecoins to recipients who accept the selected token and network.

Worldwide wallet access describes access to the stablecoins after payout. Local-currency withdrawals and card spending depend on separate providers and their country availability. See using USDC or USDT for business expenses.

How it works

How to receive a bank transfer in your crypto wallet

  1. Create and verify your account. Choose the account for your activity; companies complete business verification.
  2. Set up your payout. Select USDC or USDT, a supported network and your compatible wallet.
  3. Share your European payment details. Give your customer the exact beneficiary name, IBAN and payment reference shown in your account.
  4. Ask the customer to use SEPA Instant. The two-minute end-to-end timing applies to an instant transfer. Standard SEPA includes the bank's transfer time first.
  5. Receive your stablecoins. EurusPay processes the EUR receipt, conversion and payout to your configured wallet automatically for eligible payments.
Before you start

Before your first payment

Complete verification and wallet setup before sharing payment instructions. Your country, activity and account type must be supported. Keep the invoice, contract or other evidence of your relationship with the sender available if requested. See the third-party payment requirements.

Check that your wallet supports the exact token and network selected in EurusPay. Review the applicable fees and EUR conversion information in your account. A payment requiring additional review can take longer than the typical two minutes.

Questions

SEPA-to-wallet transfer times: FAQ

Can SEPA Instant reach my crypto wallet in two minutes?

Yes. With SEPA Instant, about two minutes covers the time from your customer sending the EUR transfer to USDC or USDT arriving in your configured wallet. This assumes completed verification, correct payment details and automatic processing without additional review or delays.

When do the two minutes start for a standard SEPA transfer?

When the EUR payment reaches the receiving bank. Standard SEPA's bank transfer time comes first and is not included in the two minutes. After bank receipt, conversion and wallet payout typically take about two minutes.

Are the funds available worldwide once they arrive?

Once the stablecoins arrive, you can access them through your wallet wherever you have access to that wallet. Sending, spending or converting them depends on the supported network, recipient and any external provider. Wallet arrival is not a local-currency bank payout.

Does my customer need USDC, USDT or a crypto wallet?

No. Your customer sends EUR by SEPA using the payment details provided. EurusPay automatically converts eligible incoming payments and sends the resulting USDC or USDT to your compatible wallet.
